At IT-DAY ApS, we are committed to protecting the personal data of our users, including IT-Profile participants, company partners, and other stakeholders. Our newsletter is voluntary and requires active opt-in consent. We only send updates about IT-DAY if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If we do not send you a newsletter within 12 months, your consent will expire due to inactivity. We retain your previous consent for 2 years in accordance with the Consumer Ombudsman’s spam guidelines §11.3.

We store billing and accounting data (e.g. invoices, contact information) to meet legal obligations.

Retention: 10 years after the end of the financial year, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven §12, stk. 1).

We welcome job applications to assess fit for current or future positions. We process the data provided only in connection with recruitment.
